I don't really see the major advantages of answering questions on twitter.

Using the private messaging system or creating a support thread in my mind would be much easier rather than tweeting about an issue.

I never said that, I said that using those option would be more efficient, and reporting posts for such posts like this is considered abusing the report feature. And I actually did have something to say, so I posted.
