September 25, 201312 yr ^ How sketch does that title sound? I just thought of this and I'm not a big gold farmer, but... So, if I have 10m 07, I could sell it for 125m eoc... which means 10 bonds atm... 10 bonds=50$ By the transitive property 10m 07=50$.... Wut? I'm too lazy to work out whatever sort of science this is and how much money it could make me... But I imagine that that sort of science is only for a limited time. Enjoy with whatever I just said?
September 25, 201312 yr "science" lol :p Doesn't make sense Sure buying 10 bonds from Jagex costs $50, but you won't be able to sell your bonds to another player for $50 when they could just use that $50 and buy from Jagex themselves with no risks. Edited September 25, 201312 yr by YoHoJo
September 25, 201312 yr Bonds go for 11m, not 5$. 10m gp transfers to 125m eoc. Buy 11 bonds. Cannot resell 11 bonds unless paying 10% tax. Pay 12.1m tax. Now have ~113m eoc?? Jagex will not buy your bonds for 5$, they have no cash value. HORRIBLE idea.
September 25, 201312 yr Author 10m 07 is 90m eoc.... I had someone offer to buy it for 140m on the spot today. I dunno. Just was sharing something I thought was interesting. How you that knowledge or manipulation is up to you. Convert it into spins if they're worth it? I don't play eoc, but I thought someone mentioned 1 bond= 14 days membership. 10 bonds= 140 days? 140/30 = 4.66 months membership x 7.99= somewhere around 35$? 10m 07=35$? My math could be 100% wrong. I'm just rough figuring and guessing. Edited September 25, 201312 yr by melomel
September 27, 201312 yr 10m 07 is 90m eoc.... It depends who you trade with. @OP I don't think bonds have any real value.
September 27, 201312 yr Bonds are mainly just money sinks. No ones going to buy it from you if they can just do it themselves. It's a good idea but I can't see people jumping at the opportunity to do this when they can just buy them themselves :P
