Remote assistance tools like TeamViewer can be useful, but they can also pose security risks if you give control of your PC to untrusted individuals. Alternatively, there are tech help forums and websites where you can ask for guidance and receive step-by-step instructions. Remember, always be cautious about sharing your personal information or giving remote control of your computer to someone you don't know or trust.
