1 week after buying it gets recovered he wont help me get it back or provide information such as original email password all I asked was for him to recover it even though the 5m bank was gone. After it was recovered he told me a few details which wont get it recovered he told me another OSbot user recovered it and has made this difficult.

There is a lot of the conversation. I will give any further evidence if asked.

The account was recovered because he was not the original owner yet he doesn't inform you of this before the trade. Currently he is at fault and has been banned because so. He can ban appeal and refund the 5m to you in order to return.
