Cannot sign into client

Featured Replies

I'm running on Mac OS 10.6.8 with the latest version of Java that I can possibly download.

When I click the 'Signed Out' button on the client, and typ in my credentials, then click login, nothing happens.

I can sit there and click the login button for a couple minutes, nothing would happen.

I have received no error messages or anything..

Delete the osbot map located at your c drive. Just delete that whole map and clear your bin and re download the client.

However if it's still not working you need to update the java again...

Your Mac's Operating System is not being compatible with the updated Java versions.

Amazingly, Apple themselves have written specific Java software to suit your iMac OS! Use the link below and download the correct applet for your OS.

View the list of downloads yourself:

If you're running on an OS x Snow Leopard 10.6.8, then you should install the following:

Java for Mac OS X 10.6 Update 16

If you're running on the newer OS x versions (2013), then you should install the following:

Java for OS X 2013-004

If you're running on a 10.4 OS x version, then you should install the following:

Java for Mac OS X 10.4, Release 9

Install the right one and re start the client.
