Looking for a PC on a account with about 40 agility 94 mining and nothing else really. Has a golem pet.

85 Mining usually goes around;

Unregistered $12- 15 ~

Registered $7-12

So maybe you could get an extra few $ With pet

When people say unregistered email is that when the login email is a email for a no existent service or do it just mean the email verification was never done? And is there a difference if the email the account was made with is also provided to the purchaser?

Yeah, it just means there has never been an email added to the account so when you first log in through the website it asks you to link an email address. (Just added security and makes it much harder for people to recover an account, which is a good selling point)
