September 22, 201312 yr I think I may got ip flaged, so is that prossible I can change my local ip, or I must contact my ISP servers?
September 22, 201312 yr You'll have to contact them yes. You can run on a vps/vpn though. Your choice.
September 22, 201312 yr The first thing you can try is simply resetting your modem. This might give you a new IP, but this is unlikely and it depends on your ISP whether it works or not. If that doesn't work, you can try the following (which works for me). This requires a more advanced router that allows MAC cloning. Login to your router's homepage (http://192.168.1.1 or something similar)), look around a bit and clone your pc's MAC address on your router. Afterwards, just restart the router and you will most likely receive a new IP address.
September 23, 201312 yr Locate your modem if you are unsure where it is. Unplug it. Wait 5-10 minutes. Plug it back in and see if you have a new IP. If you don't, unplug it and wait overnight then plug it back in. If you don't get a new IP, you probably have a static IP. You can easily change it by a VPN however.
