takeovertheworld Posted August 30, 2022 Posted August 30, 2022 If its a fresh account with no play time under the character summary tab it has trade restrictions. Bonding the account removes it right away, or you could just have them use stealth quester to get QP to remove it or have them standing some where they wont be reported.
