Getting Server is not reachable when trying to make new accounts, tried wifi and phone's hotspot, same thing. Any ideas?

I believe this is Jagex' way of saying "chill dawg" when making new account, logging in and out a lot and so on.

Closing and opening browser or clearing cache should do the trick
