Is it more safer to code my own OSRS bot, or just purchase a script. Which one will give me better results? I plan to use on my main account!

Private scripts/personal are always the way to go, however the premium scripts here I use with no issues just know your limits & test your methods

There is always a chance to be banned no matter what account you use or what script you use. If you are willing to lose it don't bot on it. With that being said if you feel you are competent in coding then making your own script would probably be safer as you may be using different methods as other scripters. However if you aren't sure there are lots of good public scripts that are out there. Just remember if you are afraid to lose it don't bot on it!

If you dont mine me asking, do you use the scripts on ur main account? and if so which do you use?

There is a thread that someone post regarding them botting a main Its gotten decent progress but again not worth catching a ban if its the main account.

Ngl I thought most people used scripts on there mains. So do people just mainly use script on alts? Like bot farms? Or do people bot alt account to high levels?

Would never risk botting on my main after all the hours I've put into it, even if I did it via Proxy and got it unbanned IMO not worth the risk. 

Use them as you please, people run farms, start up high leveled accounts botted from the ground up, or even steel balls and bot on their mains.

Don't bot an account that you don't want to lose is a good rule of thumb.
