It is just a redirect link. Besides it doesn't matter, you just need the rules posts.

I know that bro, I mean why is it only 321 hits? Surely by now it would have been in the thousands...does the number get reset when the rules are updated?

Idk probably. When i first registered the rules were in the middle between news and contests and it got moved below, that may be why. idk
