How do the breaks work?

Featured Replies

How do the breaks work? I want the bot to take a break every 2-3 hours for 4 minutes. How do I do this?

Average interval - How many minutes between breaks

Interval Dev - It randomizes how many minutes each way it can take a break - I.E: If you put 10, it'll take 10 minutes earlier, and 10 minutes later, so it randomizes the time by 10 minutes each way from the Average Interval.

Break time - obvious

Break time Dev - Same as Before

You want something like 150, 30, 6, 4

It'll break every 2-3 hours, with a break time lasting from anything from 2 to 10 minutes (for randomization)

Average interval means the average time it will take a break. Example if you set it to 60 minutes that means *on average* it will take a break every 60 minutes. That average depends on the deviation:

Interval deviation means how far from that average it will go. So if you set it to 10 minutes, that means it will take a break on average every 50-70 minutes (60 +/- 10), with the average being closer to 60 minutes.

Average break time is simply the average time it will spend on break once it determines it's time to take a break. If it's set to 30, the average length of a break will be 30 minutes.

Break deviation means how far it will go from that average. If you set it to 20 minutes, the average break time will be anywhere from 10-50 minutes, with the average being closer to 30 minutes.

TL;DR

Set average interval to 150 minutes.

Deviation to 30 minutes.

Break time to 4 minutes.

Break deviation to 1 minute.

Should get the results you want.

First of all let me explain to you how the break timers work:

Average Interval- the average time between breaks, when you want the bot to break

Interval Deviation- the amount of time you want between the first number you chose (Average interval)

Average break time- the average time of how long you want the bot to break

Break time deviation- the amount of time you want in between the first number you chose (average break time)

Yours would look something like this:  http://prntscr.com/1siskf

Not exact, you can change to your liking.

Why does everybody have to post the same information over and over?

Basically, we were all typing out the same info before anything was typed, all entered similar times and bam! 4 info sources.
