Domain Name DDoS Attacks

I went onto CloudFare website, and it seems their only plan that has anything to do with DDoS protection is the $200/month plan.

Has anyone used CloudFare before? There must be a way to get it cheaper as so many people use it...

I'm already paying for DDoS protection on my VPS, I don't really want to be paying for more protection on the VPS if there's a way around it...

I smashed cloud flares servers with my http botnet, don't buy it.

If you need DDoS protection I know a guy that will set you up with some of the best. It's the same DDoS protection that I use on my site, which is actually DDoSed a lot since apparently people don't like when my members bug abuse on their private servers, and it's fended off several attacks ranging from 1-7 gbps.

Come by irc.rspunit.pw #rspunit if you wish to talk, as I don't use Skype.

Also, cloudflare will still help with DDoS by catching skids who don't lookup your subdomains before launching an attack at your TLD. Cloudflare will just absorb the attack in that case.

I've seen many sites with cloudflare and at times it does fuck all

Cloudfare is horrible. I know someone who can DDOS and it's not hard to get pass the "checking your browser..." part in order to DDoS.

Also it's annoying for the users to get this message when wanting to open the site!
