Can't Open OSBot- Please help

i have been trying for the last hour, I have java version 8 downloaded, and it says i have it installed in cmd.

when i try and run the OSBOT, and open it with Java(TM) Platform SE binary -an error message pops up.

 

If anyone can help me out, I'll send you 5$ if you want, I'm just desperate at this point.
