Ended up using Murgee's auto clicker, with random intervals set. This being used to alch, for approximately 7-8 hours in a scheduled place. Someone found me, and reported me for botting. 

What is the likely hood the account is banned?

close to zero. Murgees is the safest autoclicker there is. which intervals did you use?
Next time bot in your POH (in building mode not even random events), I used murgees for probably 2000 hours, never got a ban his way.

I believe I only set one click random interval & that was 71ms between each 1.5second click.

Didn't know you could set multiple intervals. 

I'll take note of that, given said settings above don't change the chances.
