I have no idea how ban checkers work. Would be nice to get some help int it because I really need one. Would also be nice if someone already had a working program (It should not log into the account)

How would one check if an account is banned without logging into it?

Would logging in via the website be okay? Though you would probably hit Captcha's going this route.

I wrote a quick ban checker for my own use but it logs into the accounts as that was the only way I could think to do it.

I dont know, I saw some people who have packet checkers, but I have no idea how they work.
