I have a feeling i'm doing something wrong, so please don't call me an idiot etc, but i'm unable to start a new topic under the marketplace forums, why is this?

I believe you need 20-40 posts, I can't remember as of right now.

It's either 20, 30, or 40.

Take some time, get to know people & try to help someone out if you see a thread with a question in it.

Please refrain from spamming in order to get your posts up though.
