And I would like to chat with those who are also employed in in that. What are the day-to-day tasks like? Is the phlebotomy training offered on this website https://phlebotomynearyou.com/ comprehensive? I wouldn't want to jump in head first and then hit a snag. Also, any phlebotomists out there: what are the biggest challenges of the job? Some people might squirm at the sight of needles, myself included sometimes! Do you get used to it over time?
