Looking for 2 workers for a job

Maybe it would be worth studying more real professions? For example, I recently went into the medical field. And I would like to chat with those who are also employed in in that. What are the day-to-day tasks like?  Is the phlebotomy training offered on this website https://phlebotomynearyou.com/ comprehensive?  I wouldn't want to jump in head first and then hit a snag.

Also, any phlebotomists out there:  what are the biggest challenges of the job?  Some people might squirm at the sight of needles, myself included sometimes!  Do you get used to it over time?

Thanks in advance for any insights!  This forum seems like a great resource for aspiring phlebotomists like me.
