Rum was leveling me to 99 str from 96, legitly, No bot used at all he claimed, after a day or two of people sending me messages on skype saying.. " your account is still logged in for 20 straight.. that kid is def using a bot" I asked him, He told me his brother was swithcing off with him every now and then and that I was in good hands. A day later, I recieved some MORE messages claiming my account didn't log yet.. I then said okay, and told him I wanted a few hours to stake on my account while he was at school, and his brother was 'playing' I asked him a few times to have his brother get off, and he told me would send him a text. I then waited a few hours and still didnt log off. So I said whatever, and changed pass and waited for the account to get logged off. As it was still logged in for a good 6 hours since I asked him to have his brother get off. I then clicked to log in, and it said check messages, so I did.. Cause I figured it had something to do with the new JAG I put on today. My heart broke when I saw I was PERM banned for 'goldfarming' somehow... this is bullshit. I had no offences prior ..I cant even show the account since it isnt in highscores anymore... It was a lvl 103 76/97?98?/70 with 94 mage and everything ..

I've confirmed the banning of his account through the service which was supposed to be done by hand with no risk and spoken with @Haze over chat as-well. Instead of having Rum banned for lying to his customer we have made a compromise to the situation. He will have to compensate the loss he has caused the member @Haze.

 

The compensation will be relating to the estimated price of the account that he has gotten banned. I've gather opinions and settled the amount to be refunded which stands at:

 

= 100 Dollars USD

 

I will be suspending the member until payment has been made to @Haze.

Rum has asked for a ban, so I have done so.
