What do you mean by nothing happens, when you hover over the + button, does the button get highlighted(like when you hover over the X when closing windows).

On the log, when you login, it should say Client Injection Complete before you start.

When I hover over the + button, it does get highlighted. However when I click it, nothing happens. Here is the system log.

According to your error, "sun.misc.Hashing" is not being found. It's part of the Java Runtime Environment. If it's missing, there isn't much we can do since it's supposed to be part of the Java installation.
I just double checked my JRE installation and it's definitely present. If re-installing/updating Java did not work, Could you provide details on your operating system and Java version?

GoldenGates is right. I had this problem, installed/re-installed latest jdk just now and it works, try that first guys.

When you installed your java, you most likely were missing a file, that's probably why.

Don't thank me, thank the admins, they posted about this.
