Login Problem

Featured Replies

Whenever i open the client and type in my username and password, it's almost as though the login button just doesn't work. I've tried on two different computers. Once on a mac and the other a pc. I have no idea why it won't work. I keep clicking the login but nothing happens. I've tried reinstalling and changing my password.

I assume you have the latest version, which is v41. Try searching around the forums, I know this is a common problem happening and there is a solution on here somewhere.

did you delete your osbot folder and stuff when you re-downloaded the client? and also did you wait for the client to be fully loaded?

I've deleted my OSBot folder when i try to reinstall it. I type a capital D when i am signing in. I have updated my computer software and java. There is noting else for me to do. Any suggestions?

also, how do i know if it is *fully* loaded? I've waited for about 5 minutes before i try to sign it so i assumed it was loaded.

When you see it says "osbot is ready!" In the console you may logg in.

Also make sure you have JDK installed!

Download the right version for your computer from here.

Tell me if it worked.
