Hey guys, I've been playing this private server a while now & i'm broke, I been trying to get starter packs by making new accounts for some cash but I can't get anymore than 2, I then went on to my other PC & made 2 accounts got more GP, went on my mums laptop got 2 more, but I can't get anymore, using  VPN doesn't work, i've tried to delete the cashe, but it seems to work on new computers how would I by-pass this?

It's because it's via IP, not files on your computer, deleting them won't do anything (I assume).

You can use a proxy (google it) or a tool like this:

That should bypass it.

Oops, sorry about that.

 

If deleting files doesn't work, and going via a VPN/new IP doesn't work then I have no idea what else you could possibly do that is really odd, I feel like those are the only ways to identify the same computer. Either IP based or file/cache/etc based.

 

Do you try checking if your VPN works properly by googling "whats my IP" and seeing if your IP is actually different?
