I do think their algorithm gets smarter with every bot it picks up, but even their system has limits. No they cant monitor every account online for mouse movements and clicks, but they can narrow down what they will monitor with many of the factors you mentioned above. Sadly, it doesn't take much computing power to monitor how long you've been consecutively been playing, then narrow down those players to their mouse movements/actions, and then from there put those accounts in a list of "most likely botting to least likely" based off those algorithms. Then, maybe they will have their employees monitor those accounts because Jagex has people who look for the signs of botting for a living.
