I havnt read the whole thread but to put my 2 cents into the OP's question... buying vip and getting mirror mode will reduce that risk by alot.

My understanding is they can detect your client but that only flags it, or something of the nature making it keep a closer eye on your account. But either way aslong as the script doesnt bug out and your hours are low then theoretically you should be safe, just know your boundary's with botting which like you said its been a while.. Right now im just getting into botting really, month in so far and ive had many bans but now that im on mirror mode and using good scripts i havnt been banned once. I have a 1200 total account about to hit 99 firemaking, all stats 100% botted, 110 qp all botted, 44-72 magic just at the mage training arena getting mages books.. i do have alot of scripts but yeah.. its trial / error / luck in the end. Oh yeah, i bot literally 8-12 hours every day with many random breaks and I change what im doing randomly too.
