I believe it's 20 posts to use the market, but I myself am relatively new to the community also so I may be wrong. Welcome to the community, I'm sure you'll like it here as do I :)

Yes you will need 20 posts for the market (to buy/sell something) and 40 posts for services (to make a services shop).
