Base 80 max combat

Hey. I'm training up an account that I want to eventually sell with all stats at least 80 and 99 in strength, attack, magic, and range.

Just wondering how much you guys would think it's worth and also if it's worth getting those 99s/any other 99s that are worth it/any that aren't worth it.

trusted seller could get easy 500m+ for account like this, where as if you was to max it completely and become a trusted seller easy in the 1b range for completely maxed.
