I have a i7-7700k with 48gb and get really laggy and choppy at about 10 bots is this normal? i see people online saying they run much more with not as good specs and am curious if i am not getting my full potential out of my rig and what i could change to help my cpu

can you do another screenshot but the overview tab and sort by highest CPU usage please.
