What should I do? Should I open a dispute, chargeback on paypal or let it go? 

 

5 dollars is nothing to me.

It's all about principle, if you let someone steal from you it'll simply happen again. Get your money back, it's yours.

i would charge back man. even if the money is nothing to you its more about the principle. dont let him reap the reward. just my thoughts though. ps if $ is nothing for you ill take 5 $

who cares that it's $5 he stole it and deserves to be banned etc..... even if you don't care about the 5$ atleast file a scam report so he doesn't do it again. How did he recover it..? didn't u change the email once you bought the account?

If he has the original email + Ip, and a few of the account details he can easily recover the account
