99 smithing acc has coal bag

Main  has fire cape, graceful, rogues and few more things with 192 qp

skiller has coloured graceful

1.7k TTL main: 350-450m

Skiller: Could vary from anywhere between 150-300m (Niche market, hard to put a precise price on it and would depend on if you've got anyone interested) 

Any untradeables on the 99 smithing account besides the coal bag? Also how many quests completed?

Yeah the quests atleast on the main may add a pretty good value, im not too sure about the skilling accounts though considering quests are probably not what people are purchasing those accounts for xD
