Doesn't matter, as long as you choose to set the PATH during the install

Sound stupid, but try disabling windows firewall/any anti virus software and see if works then 

normally reinstalling java, deleting the OSBOT folder, and/or disabling that stuff seem to fix most problems

I did a complete computer reset and downloaded everything again. It has worked. Thanks for your help. Really appreciate it

You just need to install the original OSRS client, open as admin and then it'll load for you.
