of course you can still get banned, may even be at a higher rate. I'm sure jagex will put your account as high risk/blacklisted.

not sure if you can use the excuse twice, you can try let us know.

I got unbanned twice and currently waiting for the possible third unban (on one account)

I have like 30-40% rate of getting account back after perm banned. I usually just apologize or say my account was hijacked. When appealing tho, use a VPN if your home IP is banned. Might help.

i always say my account was hijacked. worked every time for me atleast ( created acc on home ip & botted on vpn )

How does one successfully un ban a perm banned account? Ive never had a ban appeal accepted.

which i could get my account unbanned lol
