Explanation: 

Bought the account on Feb 23rd from the seller via discord with 125m osrs gp. Account was later recovered on March 2nd; seller recovered it back for me suspiciously fast and stated it only took him 30min to recover. Once I logged back into the account, the character was moved back to NMZ where I logged off. I knew this bc the nmz teleport was on CD. Since it was suspicious, I did not place any valuables on the account based on the assumption that the seller returned it to me so I would place valuables on the account. 

On March 18th, the account was recovered again. Tried to message seller before accusing him, no reply to this date. He did not block me, and I assume he is reading my messages because his status goes from Idle/Away to Available on discord. Getting the 125m back would be nice, but mainly disputing so no one else will also be scammed by this seller.

It's clear that you're the one whose recovering the account or you're lying about being OO

@rolypoly do you have a pic of the account stats right now to calculate the progress you have done? please post a screenshot of current stats.

@Flashbacks420 you have 24 hours to refund the user the 145m (125m acc price + 20m in stats that the user gained) or else you'll be banned.

Not much progress, I don't recall doing much training on the account. Just mainly wanna make sure no one else gets scammed by him. Thank you.

Another user pm'd me aswell saying he recovered another account, also user viewed the dispute multiple times hours ago and looks like he doesnt wanna reply

He's been banned, sorry for your loss.

If he wishes to return he must refund you fully
