Hired for a scripting project. Terms listed below. I don't have any beef I'd just like the money back since it's been forever past when estimated delivery was given with basically nothing but delays and ghosting.

Evidence:

I can't find the DM's for agreeing to half upfront, half later, but he confirms the half-payment later in DM's showing that's what we were doing.

So $175 was paid to him on paypal.

 

While no "official" delivery was set, on Feb 1, before payment, he said he "expected to be done around Thursday" (so delivered or at least demoed on Feb 6th). After payment went through conversations were less and less and the delivery was delayed way past Feb 6.

On Feb 10 he claims most of the project is done.

New promised demo/delivery date of Feb 12 (Wednesday in the DM below) with 1 agreed feature missing?

Then he promised a demo sometime between Feb 14 - Feb 16 (this weekend) and I responded the same day to set up a time.

He then agrees he can demo late Feb 15 or Feb 16 and I again respond not too much longer after and I'm ghosted.

It's now Feb 16th 8:53pm my time meaning for him it's early Feb 17, Monday. So effectively his "weekend demo" time is over.

So 9-10 days now past the "estimated delivery" and he can't even set up a demo for a project that he claimed to have completed almost a week ago?

Unfortunately that user is not one of our SDN scripters. We do not handle disputes regarding private scripts if it does not involve our SDN scripters.

In the future I recommend only purchasing a private script from any of our scripters with shops posted in our private script section.
