How long do you rest your new accounts before botting? Is a week enough? Also, if I bot tutorial island and the account survives for maybe a week (no botting), is it still more likely to be banned, or do to ban rates for TI botted accounts drop off at some point. 

I personally don't believe resting accounts brings down ban rates enough to care for it... i do believe new accounts (botted or not) are under surveillance much more then an account that is new but hand trained skills 3-60. 

I also strongly believe switching your tasks and activities increases the life of accounts. Just be advised some areas / skills have much higher banned rate than others and some scripts have higher ban rates.  Mirror mode in my opinion does help also.
