What precautions can a botter take to lower ban rates? 

Does the area in which you are botting affect bans? or is it all script quality/breaks 

Does the appearance and name affect how fast your bot will get banned?

Personally I found that area does affect bans. To be more specific, your bots will have a lower ban rate when on tiles with even X and Y coordinates.
