Hey! I am about to start making bot accounts on OSRS and am using IPvanish… it looks like my IP is located in a given place but is consistent... meaning I'll be making all my bot accounts for OSRS with the same IP? please help!

No, i believe you need proxies to add to the bot it self

    VPN’s won’t be your solution... Proxies are what you need (Plus IPVanish will get you banned pretty fast using shared public IP’s).
