Can't run OSBot because of Java error

Hello, i've done everything mentioned in the forum post about java 13 and WINDOWS .bat bla bla. i did everything and i still can't run the bot because it still says im on java 13 even when i type java -version in cmd it says im on 1.8.0_xxx. help
