Okay Goods account hacked?

Featured Replies

I don't really know how, but an account I bought from Okay goods over 2 years ago, has been hacked. I have never shared/loaned/told anyone about the username login as it's a very unrecognisable email account they made, so only myself and okay goods would have known it (combo of numbers and letters).

I've never had any other issues with anything else on my machine, I have a AV and use multiple different passwords suggested from google etc.

Any suggestions what I can do? trying to contact them hasn't been very easy. But I am currently still trying, I have all the emails etc. from when I bought the account.

Thanks

If the account email/pass was changed, it may have been recovered. Open a dispute against the account owner if they cannot return the account to you.
