I was charged for VIP but can't use any VIP features, just tells me I still have to buy it. Even tho already been charged and money taken from my account, need that refunded as obviously I'm not getting what I paid for, fucking retarded

The invoice has not been paid, the transaction failed and money should be returned to your account
