Is it possible to fully automate enabling the 7 day membership trial process? Assuming you had accounts pre-made done off tutorial island and solely to automate the web process.

 

 

It is possible but it is much harder. You would need to be able to fool Googles anti-bot system, and that is far more sophisticated than anything Jagex has. If you have that under control then the process would be fairly simple and you wouldn't be asking this question so I'm going to go with no, not possible.
