I bot only 1 acc :D i think its gone like almost 3 months now without any issue. Jagex may have full control within the game, but you have the power within your own PC. You can do whatever you want with all the files wich are from Jagex ;) you can try downloading all dll files from a regular website and compare the files with those that come officially from jagex.

I don't know what you're on about modifying the files in jagexcache\jagexlauncher\bin\ but they're not different at all. Also botting 1 account is VASTLY different from running an actual farm, doing just 1 account is easy peasy.
