Depending on if this is fully quested or not too, but I would say 40-60m.

Its lacking, not quested to where it needs to be, I mean I could see it going for 25m as a starter for someone just getting into pking and not knowing how to build pures properly. because if anyone is going to make use of it it still needs mith gloves, horror from the deep, etc. It is also limited because you have the prayer at 52 and no quests for anchor done. so if anyone buys it they are stuck at 50 attack unless they want higher prayer with all 60+ attack weaponry. I could see 30m max and it being forever stuck as a baby cb brace pure with no option to advance further in the pure bracket.

Not bad, upload additional details regarding quests and such, but I'd say around 30-50m.
