Hello, im currently looking for someone to power level my fresh account. reasoning behind this is so that I will be the original owner of the account so that I know how to recover the account.

so the stats needed

1-94magic (possible 99)

1-90 range (possible 99)

1-90 attack

1-90 strength

1-90 defence

and the completion of RFD. (note this is a completely new account)

that being said, I will supply all gold needed. looking for someone with high rep/trust worthy.

yes, correct.

As magic can be done via multiple methods, the same applies with the rest (just using magic as an example)

He means do you supply for splashing to 99? or do u supply alching or maybe even bursting/barraging huge difference in xp/hour so also in price the service providers will ask
