I'm talking about the feedback from the user ohad152 First of all we never decline a refund, however live chat agents can't process refunds so they ask to email an admin of the website to process the refund. As per checking, yes we did have a small stock shortage but this lasted around 47 minutes and after that all orders were delivered. Would like to see some proof of his claims about us "scamming" "his friend". Regards, RSGM
