Edit: nvm, seems to be a problem with the proxy.

German worlds are down for maintenance, which could be why they were stuck on login screen. Not sure why it wont go past "Grabbing RuneScape parameters" though.

    Oh my bad, didn't notice anything about a maintenance.
    Yeah I'm using CLI with a specific world so guess that's why, using a different world solved it.
