Cant login with username

Hi.

Im having hard time logging in with username to forums/botclient. It only allows me login with my e-mail which is kinda annoying because if i wanna add some scripts username based signature about my total earnings, it shows my e-mail and i dont wanna show out my e-mail.

Any ideas?
And yes im using caps off/on at the right spots.
