Do people resell those after building Zulrah ready or use them? Would be super good for me if I could resell.

Both.
You can turn build 2 to 75/75 less than 2 days, so you can resell it for 55-60m.
You can turn build 1 to 85Magic/70 def less than 6 days and you can resell it for 70-80m.
