I am just curious how everyone goes about with taking breaks during their botting sessions. I'm sure people say this is better than that, so I'm curious about which route everyone takes and if they've noticed a longevity of their account(s). I suppose it would also help to know how long you bot and how long you break too. I did not see any similar threads so I just wanted statistics for myself.

Depending on your goals (long term or suicide) and history of the account, people have success with all methods of breaking.

There's no way you'll get an accurate answer on such a broad question.

Find a way that works for you and keep using that method.

Just wanted the accuracy to see if things changed, especially with years gone by. Development changes, styles change. But that's what I am coming to understand, everyone has their own unique path and I just need to find my own.
