just message their live support, they usually get all problems fixed really soon

tell them to check ur especific proxys

I have for the past 11 hours, and so has my friend. The support are using proxy checker and it's showing it as ok, but clearly it isn't. It's just proxies with a certain number at the start too, they're useless, just going to switch provider.
