How long should you wait to start botting again once you've been "soft flagged"/reported/moved to a botting world?

It's my understanding that the anticheat software isn't watching you fully until after a report. If this is true, how long does it take for it to go away? Or is it permanently watching once you get flagged?

 

I ask because I just lost a crappy experimental 80 WC F2P bot that I know got reported about a week ago. Didn't log in until last night, botted again, and boom.
